- 3pm: Check in for guests staying at Hoath House
- Evening: Informal dinner and drinks

Saturday 13th March
- 1.30pm: Guest arrival
- 2.30pm: The Ceremony
- 3pm: Cocktail hour
- Then: Dinner and dancing 'til late
Dress-code: Colourful Formal
Sunday 14th March
- From late morning: A braai back at the house
We'd love to invite everyone staying in the area back to the house. Exact timings to follow closer to the date.

Please wear something colourful. Bold colour, print and pattern!
The ceremony will be indoors, but other parts of the weekend will be outside (weather allowing) and in a heated stretch tent - so bring a layer for the chilly early Spring evenings. There is also a heated outdoor pool on site, so bring your costume for the Sunday if you'd like to go for a dip!
